1. Membership Agreement

By purchasing an IRON PEAK membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Your membership grants you access to our facilities during operating hours and the ability to participate in our classes and programs.

2. Payment Terms

Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly on the date of enrollment. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees and charges incurred.

Late Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to retry within 5 days. After 3 failed attempts, your membership may be suspended until payment is received.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Current members will maintain their current rate for 12 months from notification.

3. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the billing date. No refunds are provided for prepaid memberships.

Termination by IRON PEAK

We reserve the right to terminate membership for non-payment, violation of facility rules, harassment, or other conduct we deem inappropriate.

4. Facility Rules & Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

Return all equipment to designated areas after use
Respect other members and staff
Follow all safety guidelines and facility rules
Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate attire
Not use equipment in ways not intended
Report hazards and unsafe conditions immediately
Not record or photograph other members without consent

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT EXERCISE AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INVOLVE INHERENT RISKS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY, DEATH, OR PERMANENT DISABILITY.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in our facility and programs. You waive any claims against IRON PEAK, its owners, staff, and affiliates for injuries sustained during your use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Medical Clearance

You represent that you are in good health and have obtained any necessary medical clearance before engaging in physical activity. You are responsible for informing our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.

7. Personal Property

IRON PEAK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. While we provide lockers, we recommend using a lock and limiting valuables. Use of the facility is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IRON PEAK's liability for any claims arising from your use of our facilities is limited to the amount of your membership fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IRON PEAK and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the facility or violation of these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and videos, is the property of IRON PEAK or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which IRON PEAK is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

14. Changes to These Terms
